Is the challenge recorded?
Yes, the daily challenge training sessions are recorded. Free-seat attendees can rewatch them during the challenge week, but the replays come down after Friday. Champagne Room members keep replay access for 60 days.
The Champagne Room sessions and hot seats are different. I record those to capture highlights and wins (which I'd only share with your permission), but Champagne Room members don't get copies. The recordings stay private. Your store, your numbers, and your IP stay between you and the room.

What if I can't make it live?
Showing up live is the heart of the Champagne Room. The breakaway sessions and the hot seats stay private and live-only. That's what makes them work. The 60-day replays cover the daily challenge trainings, so if you miss a daily, you can rewatch. But the Champagne Room sessions can't be replayed.

Will I get a hot seat?
I pick the hot seat each night based on whose store is struggling with what I'm teaching that day. The stores where the lesson lands wider for the whole cohort. Some nights two stores fit and we do two. Some nights nobody fits perfectly and we go deeper on teaching and Q&A inside the breakaway groups instead.
You tell me at signup what your store is stuck on. I read the intakes daily and pick the hot seat based on what's right for the room. If you don't get a hot seat, you're still in the breakaway sessions doing implementation work alongside the cohort, watching audits when they happen, and getting "one-on-one in a group" coaching the whole week. Most members say the watching and the breakaway work is half the value.

Can I get a refund?
Not a refund. The Do-The-Work Credit Guarantee instead. Show up, do the work, implement, share your updates. If you still don't feel more confident in your store's ability to convert, your $47 is credited toward any program or offer of mine you want next. Seven days post-challenge to claim.

Is the Champagne Room the same as Scale School?
No. The Champagne Room is the upgraded layer of the 5 Day Challenge. Scale School is the 12-week program (with annual support) where the implementation lives long-term. The Champagne Room is one week. Scale School is one year. We tell you more about Scale School and open the doors at the end of the challenge.

The Monday after the challenge ends, Champagne Room members come back for one extra ~60-minute live session. Monday May 25, 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT. Everyone else stops on Friday. You get one more session with me to bring what you implemented and close the loop.
